A: We can ship the machines in 7-10days usually,a full filling line need around 25-30days.We always try our best to send your goods as soon as we can.

Q: How can can know the machine is ok before shipping?
A: We welcome you come to our factory to test the machine by yourself before shipping out. If you cannot come,we will send you a vedio to show you the machine working and also the package before shipping out to let you see your goods in advance,make sure it is the one you want.

Q: What information i need to offer you for ordering the machines?
A: If you want a filling machine,you need to let us know your filling item exact,your filling volume and container is a bag or bottles,the filling volumes you will fill,the filling speed you request etc.If you have special request,like to make a mould for the bottles,also need to let us know. If you want a capping machine,we need to know your bottle and cap sizes,cap shape and images etc.

Q: What's the payment terms?
A: T/T 40% deposit and 60% balance before shippment.
